4. CONDITIONS OF WINNING: Prize winners agree to the use of their names, photo likeness and/or voice for the purpose of trade or other promotional purposes without compensation. Winners agree to pay all state and federal taxes associated with the prize, and must sign a prize receipt and provide a Social Security Number for tax purposes. Listeners may win the cash prize only once every 60 days. Winners must also have a valid Florida driver's license.
