![]() ![]() ![]() Norman I loved our Red Brick Pizza lunch experience, it totally beat the Monday work blues - quick, convenient, reasonably price and tasty! I know they are famous for fresh fire roasted gourmet pizzas but after a heavy weekend I needed a break and so I ordered a Chopped Chinese Chicken salad which was excellent. It had plenty of chicken and some really interesting nibbly bits like mini mandarin slices and wontons and a cool dressing which didnt drown the flavor. Its literally just across the street from Channel Side but with a really great atmosphere and a ton of flat screen TVs plus a great beer selection it seems to me that Red Brick pizza has all of the perks you want for really nice lunch or dinner before a movie or drinks with friends BUT without the lines and over crowding you get across the street. If youre looking for a fun and uncomplicated dining out experience and excellent pizza and salad at really great price this is the place! Scottie I had a fabulous Garlic Chicken Pizza for lunch. The crust was just right, not too thick, not too thin. Topped with a delicious creamy garlic sauce, chicken, bacon, peppers, onions and tomatoes. It was just the right size without feeling overstuffed. Julie Our staff went to Red Brick Pizza in Channelside yesterday. I opted for the Greek Salad which tasted very fresh and was drizzled with a light Greek vinaigrette dressing! It was delicious and light too! I also tried the Garlic Pizza Chicken too! There is something very delightful about a pizza that is fresh-baked in a brick oven at 1000 degrees! The crust comes out fluffy but not too thick and doesnt overpower the pizza as some pizza companies do with their enormous crusts! We finished off our meals with some homemade gelato! I chose the Cookies and Cream flavor which is a must-have and a fabulous end to our visit at Red Brick.Beyond the delicious food, this is definitely a place to come with your friends to watch a sporting event and relax in a cool atmosphere with a fantastic beer selection and tons of flat screen TVs! Red Brick Pizza is conveniently located in Channelside which would make for a great place to come before a hockey game, arena football game, or concert at the St.Pete Times Forum, or even before a night out in Channelside! Donnie ORed Brick Pizza Oven has all the elements to make a perfect evening. Delicious food, awesome location, great music and not to mention, the AWESOME flat screen TVs showing all the latest sports games. Lets start with the name, Red Brick Pizza Oven. Way back when, most pizzas were made in Red Brick ovens. Using the Terra Cotta stone, they would sear the pizzas at 1000 degrees. This makes your crust consistent throughout (by the way, I could have just eaten the crust and been happy) and makes the pizza at a perfect temperature and in a timely fashion. Red Brick Pizza Oven has brought back the conventional way of making a pizza, the old fashioned way, the right way! I ordered the #1 combo-this comes with possibly the best four cheese pizza ever and a regular drink and if pizza isnt your bag, try one of the salads or the Fhazani sandwiches. But seriously, you have to at least take a bite of the pizza-its worth the extra 30 minutes on the treadmill and will make your taste buds dance. The location is awesome, right in the middle of the Channelside district. Come there to eat and head over to Channelside for what is always a good time. The music is an eclectic blend playing over their speakers, and if you need the title of a song or the artists name, it shows up on one of their flat screens so there is never any question. The greatest part for me is their taste in beer, they have almost any kind of import you want adding 15 or so more new types and brands. I cant wait to watch the sports games on their TVs and bring my buddies to Channelside to enjoy this upcoming football season. Hopefully, I will see you there! Red Brick Pizza Oven is sure to be a party in your mouth! You can also read more about the restaurant by clicking here. | ||
